• First Visit (30-60 min.) - $175.00 - $300.00
• Return Visit (20-40 min.) - $100.00 - $200.00
• Pelvic Ultrasound Evaluation (with office visit) - $90.00
• Ultrasound only - $125.00- $175
• Peripheral Bone Density Screen - $30.00
• Central DEXA (full bone density evaluation) - $175.
  

All fees are due at time of service. Visa and MasterCard welcome.

Many PPO plans accepted, including Blue Shield, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, CCN, Aetna, Pacificare and Medicare.  However, since insurance reimbursement is NOT dependant on length of time spent with the patient (most insurance reimburses for a maximal time of 40-45 min for new visit and 20 minutes for return visit), and most insurers recently LOWERED reimbursement for office visits by 3-5% and for office imaging and proceedures by 20-35% (!!),  Dr. Goodman cannot spend as much time as he would wish if insurance is to be billed directly.

An itemized bill will be provided to patients for reimbursement from their insurer. If surgery is contemplated, the patients may return to their HMO or network provider, or may stay with Dr. Goodman, who has privileges at Sutter Davis Hospital and Woodland Memorial Hospital and is a provider for many PPO plans.
